REP Returns and Refunds Policy

At REP, we are committed to providing high-quality activewear and excellent customer service. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

Notification Period: Please inform us within 14 working days of receiving your item(s) if you wish to return or exchange.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact. Please handle items with care.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@repworld.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and stating whether you wish to refund or exchange. We will provide detailed instructions on our return and exchange process.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

Approval: If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

Stock Availability: Subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.

5. Additional Information

Damaged or Used Items: If items are returned damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine them, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund to cover the loss in value.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your return for processing.

Yes! During busier periods, our delivery timeframes may be extended. The timeframe you select at checkout will be the correct estimate for delivery. Please note that any order marked as 'Dispatch' means your order will be shipped within that timeframe, not delivered.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a second email with your tracking information.

All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place your order, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order within the stated delivery timeframe, or if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
